Comunitat Valenciana, con plantilla de entre 10 y 49 personas trabajadoras y que no dispongan de un Plan de Igualdad registrado con anterioridad al 1 de enero de 2025.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Actuaciones subvencionables<\/span>:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>Las actuaciones necesarias para la elaboraci\u00f3n e implantaci\u00f3n del Plan de Igualdad en la empresa, incluyendo el diagn\u00f3stico previo, el dise\u00f1o y redacci\u00f3n del Plan de Igualdad, las acciones vinculadas a su implantaci\u00f3n, as\u00ed como la inscripci\u00f3n del Plan de Igualdad en el registro correspondiente.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Cuant\u00eda de la ayuda<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p><p>&#8211; Hasta 3.000 \u20ac por empresa.<br \/>&#8211; Una \u00fanica subvenci\u00f3n por beneficiario.<br \/>&#8211; Ayuda concedida en r\u00e9gimen de \u201cminimis\u201d.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La ayuda no se abonar\u00e1 de forma anticipada, sino previa justificaci\u00f3n de las actuaciones realizadas y de los gastos correspondientes.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Plazo de presentaci\u00f3n<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p><p>Es de 15 d\u00edas h\u00e1biles desde el d\u00eda siguiente a la publicaci\u00f3n del extracto en el DOGV.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>La <strong>concesi\u00f3n de las ayudas<\/strong> se realizar\u00e1 por<strong> orden de presentaci\u00f3n de solicitudes completadas<\/strong>, hasta el <strong>agotamiento del cr\u00e9dito presupuestario<\/strong> disponible.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Plazo de ejecuci\u00f3n y justificaci\u00f3n<\/span>: <\/strong><\/p><p>Hasta el 30 de noviembre de 2026.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Car\u00e1cter voluntario y principales ventajas<\/span>: <\/strong><\/p><p>La elaboraci\u00f3n e implantaci\u00f3n del Plan de Igualdad <strong>no es obligatoria<\/strong>, con car\u00e1cter general, para las empresas con una plantilla <strong>inferior a 50 trabajadores<\/strong>.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>No obstante, la presente convocatoria tiene por objeto <strong>incentivar voluntariamente su implantaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, permitiendo anticiparse a futuras obligaciones, evitar problemas laborales, mejorar el acceso a ayudas, subvenciones y contrataci\u00f3n p\u00fablica, y reforzar la gesti\u00f3n interna y la imagen
